The solution enables L’Oreal to effectively manage a team of more than 200 mobile employees who work at different point-of-sales locations.

Employees use the custom developed Mobile App on their own mobile device (BYOD) to access a variety of human-resource e-services as well as performing daily sales reporting function.  Managers and supervisors use a Web Portal to manage employee duty rosters and leave. Push notifications allow employees to be notified of alerts and updates.
